How we collect the Information
Information is collected from Employers/Employees during the registration process. Registration starts at our main log in page www.trainingworm.com. For new Employers e-mail address and passwords are required to access to our web site. Employers will select the type of plan to use after creating an account. Credit card or Paypal are acceptable methods of payment for the use of the Training Worm website. Once registrations are approved a unique company access code will be provided via E-mail. This Access Code will be used by the Employer’s Employees to access their account on the www.trainingworm.com web site. All training content such as videos, power points and quizzes are saved on our trainingworm web site. This information is used as training material for each employer.
How we Use the Information
Employees
In order to access our web site we require employee’s e-mail address and passwords. Your e-mail and password is unique to you and only you can access your account. Your name is used by Employers to track training process with in your department. All quiz results for each Employee will be stored on our data base. Training progress will be monitored through a skills training matrix which is developed from the results of each quiz.
Employers
In order to access our web site we require employers e-mail address, passwords and credit card or paypal account. Your e-mail and password is unique to you and only you can access your account. Your company registration results will be reviewed by the Training Worm team team to prevent any duplicate or false company names. We require credit card or paypal account as payment to use our web site services. Videos and training quizzes are uploaded onto our web site and sorted in your unique company account.
What controls you have over the information.
Your e-mail and password is unique to you and only you have access to your account. If you wish to change your e-mail or password please contact your administrator of your employers account. Your information is only available to you and your employer and will not be shared with any 3rd party.
New Employers accounts are evaluated by the trainingworm team to prevent false or fraudulent accounts. Unique access code are provided to new companies. These unique codes identifies each companies account. Employers can change their account at any time by accessing the administration area.
